.....2. If the position is still available, you will be contacted for a brief phone interview.
.....3. Following the phone interview an on-site interview may be scheduled.
.....4. For positions working with students, the on-site interview can take as long as an
.........hour and a half and typically includes the following components:
............a. Complete an employment application
............b. A tour of the campus that has the job opening
............c. A meeting with the a Clinical Director and or Principal
............d. An observation of a student working with a CCCD employee
............e. A performance interview may also be conducted – where you will interact
................directly with a student under the guidance of senior staff
